Clamco Pronto Impulse Sealer
With our wide selection of advanced packaging solutions and equipment, Pioneer helps distributors and manufacturers increase production, reduce costs and improve services – no matter what their packaging needs. Among our packaging machinery offerings are impulse heat sealers, which are the most common and safest sealing systems available today. From simple hand-held models to floor pedal models and fully automatic sealers, we can help you determine the best system for your unique applications.
Below, explore the features and benefits of Clamco impulse heat sealers.
- Cherry Sealer – PI Impulse Sealer: Heavy-duty and pneumatically operated, this floor standing sealer is durable enough to withstand years of service. With a bi-active seal jaw, the PI can seal most heat sealable materials. Other features include easy operator food pedal, adjustable jaw height and speeds of up to 15 to 20 CPM.
- Pronto Impulse Sealer: This is a flexible heat sealer that can be mounted on a table or on a wall, making it extremely accessible within limited workspaces. Operation is simple – just put the bag in place, push on the back plate, and the seal cycle starts immediately.
- PT MED Medical Impulse Heat Sealer: Designed specifically for medical applications, this heat sealing solution is ideal for applications with limited budget, space or product requirements. Two available versions include a machine for lighter materials and a machine for foils and heavy materials.
- Sealmaster Magneta Impulse Heat Sealer: The Magneta is reliable, rugged and capable of consistently producing high-quality seals. Operators can use the machine by hand or by the optional foot pedal, depending on production demands. Other options include a work shelf, bag support and rollstock holder.
