Pick and Place Packers

Combi offers two compact pick and place packaging solutions.

• The Alphapack Pick and Place Case Packer can accommodate many different case sizes and pack patterns. With an integrated case erector, it yields the smallest footprint in the industry. Other features include an ultra-compact framework, quick release for fast changeovers, and full safety interlocking guarding.
• The SPP Servo Pick and Place Packer is a heavy-duty top load case packing system. The SPP is versatile, with the ability to pack multiple layers for varying products, and integrating directly with E-Series Case Erectors. With 30 picks per minute and quick changeovers, the system increases packaging efficiency.

Horizontal Loaders

The Combi HL is Combi’s automated horizontal loader, a fully automatic side load case packing system. The HL is incredibly diverse, with the ability to service a wide range of pack patterns and case sizes. Fast changeovers and minimal down time help to ensure efficiency and increased production. Other features include:

• Heavy-duty construction, with all stainless steel parts
• Labor-saving design and fast product grouping increases efficiency
• Direct integration with E-Series Case Erectors

Drop Packers

Combi offers two drop packer systems:

• The DP Drop Packer is very compact, with the ability to accommodate a wide range of rigid containers. Its heavy-duty construction and compact design is reliable for any packaging job, and quick changeovers improve production and efficiency.
• The DPI Drop Packer packs at higher speeds than the DP. A stand-alone top case packing system, the DPI features extra heavy-duty construction and a simple yet intelligent design. Quick changeovers are exactly 15 minutes, and it features full guarding with safety interlocks.
