- Intertape CE-12P XL, vertical format. Case sizes 14 x 12 x 12 to 28 x 22 x 25.
- Intertape CE-20, horizontal format. Case sizes 9 x 8 x 6-1/2 to 16 x 13 x 14.
- Intertape CE-20 XL, horizontal format. Case sizes 19-3/4 x 13-1/4 x 9-1/4 to 25-1/2 x 16-3/4 x 12-3/4.
Case erectors create more uniform packages and increase productivity. Manually preforming cases for multiple packaging stations consumes a great deal of time and floor space. Adding a case erector will streamline operations. Units can be added to existing packaging line configurations or serve as a catalyst to redesign the line for greater all around efficiency.
Intertape’s horizontal machines are capable of forming and bottom sealing up to 20 cases per minute.
Intertape vertical machines are capable of forming and bottom sealing up to 14 cases per minute.
Actual production rates vary according to case size, conveyor speed, and other factors.
