Our firm’s corrugated divisions are full service box manufacturers with capabilities ranging from plain brown shipping boxes to high end graphics and point of purchase (POP) displays. By offering testing, design services and cost saving ideas, we work with customers to create innovative packaging solutions.
Currently, Heritage Container in Southern California runs boxes as small as 6” x 5” x 4” and as large as 144” x 48” x 48”, all with two-color print capabilities. For top-of-the-line POP displays, we utilize two 66” rotary die cutters with up to four-color high quality screen print plus the latest in label laminators. All laminating is done in-house. Whether it is a simple unprinted box or a more complex packaging requirement with eye-catching graphics, we can provide an economical and attractive solution.
By designing and manufacturing corrugated boxes and POP displays in-house, we leverage economies of scale and supply chain efficiency to produce high quality product at extremely competitive prices throughout the Arizona market.
